In these Terms & Conditions, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms. Where these Terms conflict with any specific promotional terms issued by kg2222 for a particular offer, the specific promotional terms shall take precedence in respect of that offer only.

Any activity conducted through your account using your credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you. In-Play Betting: Live in-play bets on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals) and other sports are subject to a brief acceptance delay to protect against latency abuse. Bets placed during this delay may be accepted, declined, or accepted at revised odds, at kg2222's discretion. kg2222 will not be liable for bets not accepted due to technical latency or connectivity issues on the player's side.

Bet Settlement: Bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football) after the completion of the event. Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or void, bets are settled in accordance with the specific voiding rules for that sport, as displayed in the full betting rules section of the kg2222 platform. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, the decision of kg2222 is final subject to the Disputes resolution process set out below.

• Fraudulent Activity: Attempting to defraud kg2222 or other players through any means, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, identity theft, use of stolen payment credentials, or manipulation of game outcomes.

kg2222 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of a request being made.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct connected to the account.
• Detection of a duplicate account held by the same individual.
• Account found to belong to a person under 18 years of age.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A request from a responsible gaming body, court order, or regulatory authority requiring the account to be closed.
• Prolonged account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months with a zero balance.

Funds Upon Closure: Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms (including but not limited to fraud, bonus abuse, or money laundering), kg2222 reserves the right to void all pending bets and forfeit the entire account balance. Where an account is closed at the player's own request (including via self-exclusion), any remaining real-money balance (excluding locked bonus funds) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable processing period, subject to satisfactory KYC completion.

While kg2222 makes every reasonable effort to ensure platform availability and service quality, we do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kg2222 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the kg2222 platform — regardless of whether such losses were foreseeable or whether kg2222 had been advised of the possibility of such losses.
• Losses arising from technical failures of third-party payment systems including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any banking institution used by the player.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Losses arising from events beyond kg2222's reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, telecommunications failures, or internet outages affecting service delivery in Bangladesh.
• Any disruption to live streaming, live in-play betting feeds, or live casino studio connections caused by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, or Ezugi.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit kg2222's liability for death or personal injury caused by kg2222's own gross negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Governing Interpretation: These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be interpreted in accordance with the principles of good faith and fair dealing. The English language version of these Terms is the authoritative version. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity, the English-language text of this document shall prevail.
